What is Tallow?

Tallow is a substance made from rendered animal fat that has a wide range of uses in todays society. Originally it was used for making soap and candles, however is also used on boats and many other places.

Although tallow is not a food, it is important that any provider transporting inedible tallow is registered and abides by the regulations imposed by the Food Safety Authority.
